Unaccompanied Children and Minors
We will look after children, aged between 6 and 12 years, who are not travelling with an adult* -- both inflight and in transit. If more than six children are scheduled to travel alone, we will arrange a trained and fully qualified "Flying Guardian" to accompany them. Airfares for children on Unaccompanied Minor Service might differ from those travelling with adult companions. Please contact our Ticketing Office or your travel agent for more details. Surcharge for Unaccompanied Minor Service is as follows (Per Sector Basis):
Between Hong Kong and all destinations in Africa, Europe, Middle East, North America, South Asia Subcontinent and Southwest Pacific: USD50 / HKD400
Between Bangkok and Dubai: USD50 / HKD400
Other routes: USD20 / HKD160
* An adult is a person above 16 years of age and not incapacitated
