Compulsory UM service

Children aged 5 to 11 are only allowed to travel alone as UM-s.

UM service requires a fee on top of the ticket price. Deep discounted tickets for UM-s appear forbidden.

No connections allowed. Last flight of day forbidden, with exception for the only flight of the day.

Optional UM service

Children aged 12 to 15 are allowed to fly without UM services - and in this case, they appear to be allowed to take connections, last flights of the day, deep discounted tickets et cetera. However, they are not allowed to escort children 11 or less. They are also allowed to have optional UM services - in which case they apparently are not allowed to have connections or last flights.

Children aged 16 or 17 are allowed to have optional UM services - presumably with all accompanying restrictions. They are also allowed to escort children of any age - whether 5-11 or under 5. However, apparently in this case no assistance is available even paid for.

Adults 18 and over are not offered any assistance.
